1. What you get
Two weeks with three 20-minute live calls: the Kickoff, a week-1 check-in and a week-2 close.
After the Kickoff you get a short written direction.
Between calls, Glitch Compass for Creatives by GEMAtriumA, an AI guide, can help you reflect and draft. It is an AI, not a person.
You make and own every decision for your business. The Sprint supports reflection and clear direction. It does not replace health or medical care. For health or crisis support, please contact a professional or 112.
We don’t promise sales, income or other business results. What we do promise is in section 3.
2. Price
Founding prices, total price, paid upfront:
- Clients 1–5: €89
- Clients 6–10: €119
- Clients 11–20: €151
- After that: €178
The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay. Business buyers get an invoice on request.
Because of international sanctions and payment rules, the Sprint is not available to buyers inside Iran.
3. Money-back promise (on top of your legal rights)
If the Kickoff doesn’t give you a written direction, email us within 7 days of the Kickoff. We refund the full price you paid within 14 days. No questions about why.
4. Your right to cancel (14 days, consumers)
You can cancel within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason.
- Before the Kickoff: full refund.
- After that, if you asked us to start right away: you pay a third of the price you paid for each call already held, and we refund the rest.
- Once all three calls are done, the right to cancel ends.

To cancel, use the “Cancel my purchase” button on gemaa.llc or email info.gemaa@proton.me. You get a confirmation by email, and we refund within 14 days using the payment method you used.
Starting right away. At checkout there is a box that is never ticked for you:
“I ask you to start the Sprint now, and I understand I lose the right to cancel once all three calls are done.”
If you tick it, we can book your Kickoff within the 14 days. Your order confirmation email repeats this line.
5. Moving a call
You can move a call for free if you tell us at least 24 hours before it. A call missed without notice counts as held.
6. Privacy

7. Law and complaints
Finnish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the country where you live. If we can’t solve a problem together, you can contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (kuluttajaneuvonta) or the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta).
